SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description
R3 Revenue operates an A2P 10DLC "Low Volume Mixed" SMS program that delivers three categories of messages to subscribers who have opted in:
- Customer Care: replies to inbound questions, status updates on tickets, and service-related correspondence.
- Account Notifications & 2FA: magic-link login codes, password reset codes, billing receipts, and important account alerts.
- Announcements: occasional updates about new features, scheduled maintenance, or review requests after a completed service.
2. Frequency & Cost
Message frequency varies by your activity, but the program is capped at up to 5 messages per month on average. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless plan; R3 Revenue does not charge a separate fee for SMS.
3. Opting In
You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box during signup at r3revenue.com/start/chat.php or via the SMS preferences in your customer portal. The checkbox is not pre-selected, and the exact disclosure shown at the time you consent is recorded with your opt-in event for compliance purposes. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Opting Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To re-subscribe later, reply START or re-opt-in via your account settings.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel your subscription, change your billing, or affect your ability to use the R3 Revenue platform via the web or email.

6. Sample Messages
Examples of messages you may receive:
- Customer Care: "R3 Revenue: Your ticket #482 has been resolved. Reply with any follow-up. Reply STOP to opt out."
- 2FA: "Your R3 Revenue verification code is 482193. Don't share this code."
- Announcement: "R3 Revenue: Your new monthly review report is ready in your portal. Reply STOP to opt out."
7. Carriers & Data Sharing
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only third parties that process your phone number are Twilio (our SMS carrier) and your wireless provider, and they do so solely to deliver each message. All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any data sharing described in our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with any third parties. 8. Supported Carriers
The program is supported on all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most regional carriers. Message delivery is not guaranteed and is subject to carrier availability.
9. Eligibility
The program is available to US wireless subscribers who are 18 years of age or older. You must be the account holder for the mobile number you provide, or have permission from the account holder.
10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms at any time. The effective date above will be revised when changes are made. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers before they take effect.
